Holden: 'I plan to have cosmetic surgery'

Amanda Holden has revealed that she plans to go under the knife in the future.

The Britain's Got Talent judge said she is happy to undergo almost any surgery to stay looking her best.

She told Fabulous: "I intend to have everything done when the time's right - nipped, tucked, you name it.

"The only thing I want to avoid is breast implants because I am a size 8 and could overbalance and fall flat on my face!"

The 37-year-old said she is confident that her upcoming marriage to record producer Chris Hughes will last, adding: "'I can see us growing old together. Except I won't look old. He'll be grey and I'll be like Joan Rivers!"
