Katona in labour with fourth child

Kerry Katona has gone into labour three weeks early.

The I'm A Celebrity... winner was admitted to hospital this morning and is expected to give birth tomorrow.

Katona's fourth child - her second with husband Mark Croft - was not due until next month.

Her publicist Max Clifford told OK!: "Her water broke this morning and she’s on steroids. It’ll be three weeks early but she’s doing fine, I spoke to her an hour ago and she’s just relieved that it’s all coming to end.

"It’s been a very tough couple of weeks, she’s the size of a house and her legs have been swollen."

He added that Croft was at the hospital "panicking as usual".

Clifford also revealed that Katona's difficult pregnancy was behind her decision to end her MTV reality show early, saying: "We’ve already filmed 16 and we agreed to 13 so it’s not as bad as it was made out to be.

"We’ve already agreed to do a next series and MTV are very happy considering it’s been the most successful series they’ve had in five years. We may even be putting together some footage after the birth."
