Sean Penn and wife call off divorce

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have called off their divorce.

The Marin County Superior Court commissioner dismissed their divorce petition during a Tuesday hearing, reports Extra.

They were seen at an Eddie Vedder concert at the University of California the previous night, where Penn reportedly took to the stage to dedicate a song to his wife.

They split in December amid rumours that the actor had been caught partying with two Russian girls at a hotel during a romantic break.

It was reported last month that he had been calling Wright Penn in a bid to persuade her to give him another chance.

The couple have been married for 11 years and have children Hopper Jack, 14, and 16-year-old Dylan Frances.
