Crook: 'Kerry is the new Barbara Windsor'

Actor Mackenzie Crook believes that Kerry Katona can be the new Barbara Windsor.

Crook, who co-stars with Katona in the new Brit film Three and Out, told the Daily Star Sunday: "I think she has a bit of Barbara Windsor about her and was great. She was perfect in the role of the young bit of totty, arrived on time and knew all her lines."

The former Office star praised Katona, adding: "Trust me, she is a talent."

Three and Out focuses on Crook's tube driver character Paul, who discovers he can earn ten years' worth of salary if he runs down three people in a month. Katona stars as Mary, an angry mistress.

The former Atomic Kitten singer recently gave birth to her fourth child, Maxwell.
