Fred Segal and Kitson will stop stocking her dVb range in their stores, according to the News of the World.
Kitson owner Fraser Ross said the singer had not taken an active enough role in promoting the goods.
He commented: "We asked her PR people so many times for her to appear but she didn't. Celebrity lines are no different from an album or music tour. They have to be promoted to sell."
It was recently estimated that the jeans had made around £7.5 million instead of the projected £25 million.
