Lopez has twins baptised in New York

Jennifer Lopez has baptised her baby twins Max and Emme in New York.

The singer and her husband Marc Anthony organised an intimate ceremony on Long Island at the weekend, which was attended by close friends and family, reports In Touch. It was followed by a reception at Brookville house.

A source commented: "They didn't want it to be a big ceremony, so they only invited their very best friends and immediate family.

"Max and Emme didn't cry at all - they were really good, and Jennifer and Marc looked extremely proud."

Lopez and Anthony became parents on February 22. Anthony reportedly purchased the singer a pair of £1.3 million earrings earlier this month to celebrate.

Speaking about motherhood recently, Lopez said: "With all the things that Marc and I have accomplished in our lives, this is the biggest thing that will ever be."
