Tobey Maguire's publicist has dismissed reports that the actor's wife is pregnant.
In Touch claimed that the couple are "over the moon" that Jennifer Meyer is expecting their second baby.
The magazine quoted a source as saying that they had always planned to add to their family within two years of the birth of daughter Ruby, now 17 months.
However, a representative for the Spider-Man star said: "This is 100% false."
The pair tied the knot in Hawaii last year after dating since 2003.
