Price: 'I'm not addicted to surgery'

Katie Price has insisted that she is not addicted to surgery and claimed that her body changes are "subtle".

The glamour model, who recently reduced her breast side from a 32G to a 32D, said that she would prefer a "designer body" to fashionable clothes, but argued that she doesn't have a problem with her body.

Price told The Sun: "Some people take it to extremes. Mine are subtle changes. There will always be people out there who say I have got a problem.

"But I would rather have a designer body than a designer outfit. Luckily, I can afford both. But I don’t believe in having surgery to look like anybody else."

The I'm A Celebrity... star said earlier this year that she thought big boobs were "out of fashion". Her husband Peter Andre also said he was fan of her reduced chest size, arguing her old breasts were "too big".
