Cole explains missing wedding ring

Cheryl Cole has reportedly insisted that she stopped wearing her wedding ring because it no longer fits.

The singer was believed to have abandoned the ring after husband Ashley was accused of cheating with hairdresser Aimee Walton last year.

But Now quotes her as claiming the decision was not down to her marriage troubles, saying: "It's falling off my finger as I've lost weight."

Footballer Ashley has also been photographed without his ring.

It was recently reported that Cole is still besotted with her husband and has agreed to join him on a Caribbean holiday to repair their relationship.
