Halliwell full of admiration for Posh

Geri Halliwell has revealed that she has "huge admiration" for fellow Spice Girl Victoria Beckham.

The singer insisted that rumours of clashes between the pair on their recent world tour could not be further from the truth.

She told You!: "Victoria and I were talking the other day about why we are always made out to be enemies. We are actually the biggest supporters of each other. We feel really proud of one another, particularly when you add this bond of motherhood."

She added that Beckham's sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz took care of her 23-month-old daughter Bluebell during the tour, saying: "We had a creche backstage and it was wonderful. They are all such great kids.

"I have huge admiration for Victoria. She had her boys with her the whole time and she's done such a great job with them - they are all so well-mannered and caring. Romeo is so sweet with Bluebell, they are all so lovely to be around."

It was reported in February that Beckham had upset Halliwell by making jokes about her status as the band's only single woman.
