Paris plans wedding 'publicity stunt'

Paris Hilton wants to marry Benji Madden when Nicole Richie ties the knot with Joel Madden, reports say.

The pair are dating the Good Charlotte brothers and the New York Post claims that Hilton's eagerness to walk down the aisle at the same time as Richie is "all for attention".

An insider said: "It's a publicity stunt, just like everything else."

Hilton's mother Kathy insisted that the relationship is genuine: "He's changed her life - and I really think she's genuinely in love for the first time. He's so good to her and for her. We couldn't be happier for them. This has honestly become the real thing."

Hilton was recently paid a reported £70,000 fee for making an appearance at a London nightclub. Her agent said the rumour was "not true, whatsoever".
