Lily Allen and Friends was panned by many critics and obtained viewing figures of around 300,000 per show.
"Look, I don't look great at all," she told Grazia magazine.
"I've put on so much weight with all the stress of my TV show. I'm glad it's over."
The 22-year-old popstar said that she had put on weight by "sitting in front of the telly with two packets of ginger nuts and two bags of milk bottle sweets".
She added: "Now the show is over I am sure I will lose some weight... I hate fat tummies so I hope it goes by summer."
Despite a mixed reaction to the show, the BBC confirmed that Lily Allen and Friends will return for a second series.
