Posh designing wardrobe for Cruise film?

Victoria Beckham will design costumes for the upcoming Tom Cruise movie Hardy Men, according to The Mirror.

Cruise reportedly made a speech at Beckham's birthday celebrations, praising her for being "such a great friend".

An insider said: "He pulled her aside and asked if she'd like to be involved with costume consultation on Hardy Men. The idea is for her to have a series of meetings with the costume department.

"If she agrees, Victoria will be given a name check in the end credits. It's a hugely exciting opportunity and she blushed bright red when Tom asked her."

Hardy Men is a modern update of the Hardy Boys detective novels that first appeared in 1927.

Beckham has launched her own dVb brand of jeans. Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Eva Longoria are reportedly fans of her denim line.
