The 25-year-old was seen patting her slightly swollen belly on several occasions while on holiday in Mauritius with husband Laurence Fox this week.
A source told The Sun: "Billie and Laurence want lots of kids so if she is pregnant it will be unexpected but fantastic news. They hadn't planned on a baby so quickly."
A spokesman for the pair, who married on New Year's Eve, said he did not know whether they are expecting.
It was recently reported that the couple have told friends that they are ready to start a family.
