Courteney Cox has denied reports that she is going through the menopause.
The 43-year-old actress was pictured last week leaving a doctor's office looking unhappy. A US magazine claimed that she was infertile and had been told she couldn't have another child.
Cox is reportedly planning to have a second child with husband David Arquette.
She is quoted as saying: "I just saw a magazine photo of me coming out of my doctor's office and it says I'm going through the menopause, so I'm really upset because I can't have another child. It's a lie.
"But it's not worth getting upset about. If I'm looking OK in the photo, I don't really care."
The Friends star gave birth to daughter Coco in 2004.
