Goldberg, Lewis admit to drunken fling

Whoopi Goldberg has confessed to a one-night stand with Curb Your Enthusiasm star Richard Lewis.

The pair revealed their drunken fling when Lewis appeared as a guest on US talkshow The View, which Goldberg co-hosts.

Talking about his battle with alcohol addiction, he said: "I had some blackouts. You know, I've been sober for almost 14 years. We (he and Goldberg) were hot for each other, but I don't remember."

He then stunned the audience by turning to Goldberg and asking: "We did screw, right?... Was I any good?"

The Oscar winner responded: "Fast, but good."

Lewis, 60, plays himself as a neurotic, recovering alcoholic standup comedian on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
