The 40-year-old actor, who became famous through his role as Arnold Jackson on Diff'rent Strokes as a child, married Shannon Price, 22, in August. They met while filming comedy Church Ball in 2006 then wed secretly in Nevada.
The pair have now filmed an episode of Divorce Court, a reality show in which a judge has legal authority to settle divorces and issues such as dividing assets.
Pre-released details of the show - scheduled to air in the US on May 1 and 2 - show Coleman and Price admit to having "ugly" monthly fights.
Price tells the judge that Coleman has no friends and leaves unexpectedly in the night.
"If he doesn't get his way, he throws a temper tantrum like a five-year-old does," she says. "He like stomps the floor and yells, 'Meehhhh,' and starts throwing stuff around."
Coleman responds that he feels Price does not listen to him. He adds: "I don't have any friends and don't have any intention of making any.
"People will stab you in the back, mistreat you, talk about me behind your back, steal from you. And they're not really your friends. [They are] only there because you're a celebrity or because they want to get something from you."
Coleman, who in February claimed he was a virgin, describes their private life as "mediocre".
He says: "It's not her fault. I always feel like I have the weight of the world on my shoulders every day I get up... There are days I don't even want to get up."
