Melanie Slade has revealed that she has no respect for her fellow WAGS.
The student, long-term girlfriend of England and Arsenal forward Theo Walcott, said she wants nothing to do with women whose sole ambition in life is to snare a footballer.
She told FHM that her boyfriend uses the term WAG to insult her, saying: "I hate the stereotype - the shopping all day long, the short dresses and massive sunglasses. I would never want to be associated with those women, the wannabes who are so desperate to sleep with a footballer.
"They've got no respect for themselves, no ambition, nothing. And to be honest, I don't really see what a footballer would want to be with them for either."
She added that Walcott has more depth than the average sports star, saying: "He collects artwork and has six Rolf Harris originals."
The 19-year-old is due to begin a psychotherapy degree later this year.
