The glamour model, who confirmed she was engaged to Korn rocker Rob Patterson last week, said that press speculation about her expecting a child is unfounded.
Commenting on the reports, she told Us magazine: "People always say what they want. I don't really have anything to say to that. It's silly."
Electra added that she was taking her relationship with Patterson "very slow" and revealed that they had no immediate plans to tie the knot.
She commented: "We are going to enjoy being engaged for now and just do that. It's funny because people think you are getting married tomorrow, and we just want to take our time and take things very slow.
"We have known each other for a long time. It's like we're really good best friends. He understands me - I understand him."
The former Baywatch star has been married twice before to Celebrity Big Brother star Dennis Rodman and musician Dave Navarro.
