Sarah Bartholomew, a veterinary nurse, admitted to the charge of harassment between October 2007 and February this year at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court.
Sentencing was adjourned until Friday and Bartholomew was released on the provision that she does not contact the Little Britain star.
District Judge Ian Baker said: "Offences of harassment are serious offences. You are certainly not going to go to prison for these offences, but the court will consider a community penalty."
Earlier the court heard that the nurse had sent a message to Walliams that read: "I'd rip off your pants in a sexual frenzy. You can have me how you want - I'm ever so bendy."
When she was told to stay away from the actor by solicitors, she sent an email warning: "David knows what's coming to him."
Bartholomew allegedly posted presents to Walliams that included cuddly toys, chocolate, underwear and DVDs of Are You Being Served?.
