Allen, Chung up for celeb fashion prize

Lily Allen and Alexa Chung have been nominated for a best dressed celebrity prize at this year's Highstreet Fashion Awards.

Fearne Cotton and Kelly Osbourne are also on the shortlist. Last year's winner Coleen McLoughlin is absent from the nominations.

The best dressed celebrity award will be presented by the Perfume Shop. Store visitors can vote for their favourite stylish celebrity at any branch of the high street chain.

Lily Allen was named the worst dressed celebrity at the 2007 NME Awards.
