Richie: 'Joel is in charge of diapers'

Nicole Richie has said that her partner Joel Madden enjoys changing their daughter's diapers.

She revealed that the Good Charlotte singer was keen to get involved with a hands-on approach to looking after their baby.

Richie told Extra: "Joel actually changes more diapers than I do. It's his time with her. He sings to her...he laughs with her, plays with her. It's amazing."

Commenting on her experiences of motherhood, the socialite added: "Everything I do is for her. I was so excited from the minute I found out I was pregnant...and it's been nothing but an amazing ride since."

It was reported last month that Richie recently purchased a large quantity of lingerie to ensure her sex life with Madden remains exciting.
