Richards: 'Poisoning row was last straw'

Denise Richards has revealed that she knew her marriage was over when ex Charlie Sheen accused her of poisoning their daughter.

The actress said a row over her decision to vaccinate four-year-old Sam was the final straw in their relationship.

She told Redbook: "I knew when he said that, that the marriage wasn't going to work."

The couple split in 2006 after four years and recently went to court over Richards's desire to feature their two daughters in her upcoming reality TV show.

Talking about her decision to allow Sam and three-year-old Lola to be filmed, she said: "If I have my kids on my show, I'm exploiting them. If I don't, people will think I'm not a hands-on mum. That's why it's very important to me that the girls are part of it."

She added that she still hopes to find love despite her well-documented split, saying: "I'm divorced with two kids, and my ex-husband is Charlie Sheen. I want a partner who understands all of this and still wants to be with me through the journey."
