Geri Halliwell has fulfilled a life-long ambition by appearing on children's TV show Toonattik.

The Spice Girl joined presenters Anna Williamson and Jamie Rickers on the programme to promote her new book for children, Ugenia Lavender, which she based on the problems she faced when growing up in Watford.

Speaking to Anna, Geri revealed that she had always wanted to become a kids' TV host and was therefore grateful for the opportunity to appear on Toonattik. Anna's co-host Jamie then came on set wearing a Union Jack dress, admitting that his biggest ambition was to be a Spice Girl.

The programme, which sees Geri reading excerpts of her book, airs tomorrow morning from 7.25am on ITV1 and the CITV Channel.
