Zutons: 'Alice Cooper clogged our loo'

The Zutons have claimed that Alice Cooper blocked up their toilet while they were recording in America.

Bassist Russ Pritchard said the veteran US rocker interrupted their recording session and annoyed everyone in the studio.

"We had a mad visitor come to the studio on the last day in America - Alice Cooper," Pritchard told the Daily Star.

"He was a bit weird, started pestering everyone, using the phone when he shouldn’t, making coffee for himself but no one else, even using the bog - and he clogged it up."

The Liverpudlian indie stars release their third album You Can Do Anything on June 2.
