Beyoncé fuels pregnancy rumours

Beyoncé Knowles has fuelled speculation that she is pregnant by putting on weight.

The singer married rapper Jay-Z at his home in New York last month, where guests included former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, Coldplay's Chris Martin and his wife Gwyneth Paltrow.

A source told Page Six: "She has gained a lot of pregnancy weight. When she gains weight she normally does the Def Jam detox, but not now."

Knowles's publicist refused to confirm the rumours, saying: "I don't know if she's pregnant. Let me perform an ultrasound and get back to you."

Kelly Rowland laughed off the reports, saying: "Even before the wedding rumours, [there] were baby rumours; before the wedding rumours there were wedding rumours, you know what I mean? So, no, there's no truth to that. She would be mad [to hear it], she'd be like, 'I'm what?'"

Knowles started work on her forthcoming third studio album earlier this month.
