Celine Dion admits shoe obsession

Celine Dion has confessed that she owns thousands of pairs of shoes.

The diva said she is unable to resist splashing out on footwear whenever the opportunity arises.

She told This Morning: "My hobbies are shopping and golfing. I own between two and three thousand pairs of shoes."

Dion, who has seven-year-old son Rene-Charles with husband Rene Angelil, also revealed that she would like to expand her family.

She said: "To be a mother is my most important role - my most important work that I will ever have to do in my life. It's my best reward."

Her new single 'Alone' was released earlier this month.
