Carey, Cannon clash over baby plans

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have reportedly clashed over plans to have a baby together.

According to the National Enquirer, the popstar is desperate to begin a family with her new lover, while Cannon wants to take their relationship slowly.

A source said: "Mariah says her biological clock is ticking and she wants a baby immediately.

"Nick tries waving off Mariah's baby fixation as only natural, but he's in a sweat. He expected them to start a family, just not in such a hurry."

Cannon's half-brother Reuben confirmed earlier this week that the actor would like to have children with Carey at some point in the future.

The couple wed in the Bahamas on April 30 following a two-month whirlwind romance.
