Pictures of Grant holidaying with Hurley and her husband Arun Nayar in the Maldives were deemed upsetting and an invasion of their privacy, the trio's lawyer Laura Tyler told London's High Court.
Photographs from agencies Big Pictures and Eliot Press appeared in the Mail on Sunday, under the headline "Hugh's that gooseberry?", while the News of the World ran with the banner "Liz does the blokey-cokey".
"It has been most upsetting for [them] to have their privacy invaded by these [organisations]," said Tyler.
Grant, Hurley and Nayar accepted £58,000 in damages and a public apology from the two agencies.
