Moore: 'I panic when I look in the mirror'

Demi Moore has claimed that she is scared by the effects of ageing on her body.

The actress said she is often disturbed when she views herself in the mirror and notices little alterations.

She told Harper's Bazaar: "I would be lying if I said I don’t have moments of panic when I look into the mirror and see things creeping in that weren’t there before."

However, the Striptease star said that remembering everything positive she has in her life always stops her worrying.

"Now I stop and, instead of focusing on my flaws, I think about all that I have," Moore added.

"I have a wonderful marriage, three wonderful daughters and loving friends. When I look back in the mirror, the reflection isn’t so bad, because I’m seeing the beauty of my whole being."

Moore, 45, who is married to Ashton Kutcher, 30, is rumoured to have spent £200,000 on cosmetic surgery during her career.
