Ali Lohan: 'Lindsay is not a lesbian'

Lindsay Lohan is not in a lesbian relationship with Samantha Ronson, her sister has said.

The actress fuelled rumours of a romance with Ronson, who is openly gay, when they were spotted cuddling in France. The DJ was later photographed with an apparent love bite on her neck.

However, Ali Lohan denied that there is any truth in the speculation, saying: "They're best friends. It's pathetic what people say."

Mum Dina described Ronson as an "amazing girl" during a joint interview with Ali for US TV show Extra.

Lohan was recently seen crying at a bar in West Hollywood after the pair had a fight.
