Spears returns from Gibson holiday

Britney Spears has returned to LA after holidaying at Mel Gibson's home in Costa Rica.

The singer and dad Jamie jetted out for a relaxing break with Gibson and wife Robyn last Tuesday.

She flew home yesterday for a meeting with ex-husband Kevin Federline as part of their custody battle over sons Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.

A source told OK!: "She has a previously scheduled custody mediation meeting. With the tight leash that her dad has on her, it would take an act of God for her to not be there."
