Paul Weller explains Royal Family snub

The singer, 49, claimed it would have been "hypocritical" of him to accept the honour because he doesn't approve of the monarchy.
"I'm not really into it. It's not my sort of thing," he told the BBC. "I don't like the Royal Family, I don't like the establishment, I don't like the civil service."
Weller releases his ninth solo studio album 22 Dreams on June 2.
