Mills 'holding £250k party for pals'

Heather Mills is spending £250,000 on a party for her friends on Richard Branson's Caribbean island, according to a report.

Mills is said to be planning to take 25 people including her staff to the Virgin boss's Necker Island, as a thankyou for their "unfaltering support" during her divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.

She will rent out the island's Great House mansion and hold a vegan banquet, according to the Sunday Mirror.

"Heather was insistent she wanted somewhere she couldn't be photographed," a source told the newspaper. "She didn't care about the cost. All that mattered was they'd be completely alone.

"She said she was going to remortgage one of her houses to pay for it, although no-one believed that for a moment. There's no doubt this is all down to the Macca millions she's about to collect."
