Hotel staff have claimed that Lily Allen was nearly sent to hospital after partying in Cannes.
According to Look magazine, the singer drank so much at the after-party for new comedy movie How To Lose Friends And Alienate People that she was carried home by her dad.
"Her father Keith had to get the hotel porters to help him carry her back to her room," said a source. "They even asked if she needed an ambulance because she was in such a state."
Allen rubbished reports that she was suffering from alcohol-related problems in a blog post last week. The singer said that she didn't consider drinking wine and swimming topless to be "embarrassing behaviour".
Friends of the popstar, including former lover Ed Simons, are reportedly concerned by Allen's recent actions.
The source added: "Hearing what Lily got up to in Cannes made Ed worried for her. He adores Lily and feels she has a lot of demons to sort out."
