Kidman slams 'manipulative' Cruise

Nicole Kidman has accused ex-husband Tom Cruise of turning their children against her.

The actress said Cruise had "manipulated" Isabella, 15, and 13-year-old Connor, whom they adopted during their ten-year marriage.

Responding to criticism that she spent little time with the pair, she reportedly told Heat: “It’s a pity they have been manipulated by the father to distance themselves from me.”

Kidman claimed she had wanted to see her children on Mothers' Day but they had ended up spending it with Cruise and wife Katie Holmes.

She added: “They are closer to their new mum now."

The couple divorced in 2001. Kidman is currently expecting her first biological child with husband Keith Urban.
