Cheryl hasn't seen Ashley "for weeks"

Cheryl Cole hasn't seen her footballer husband Ashley Cole for weeks, according to Star magazine.

A source close to the singer is quoted as saying: "Time on the road away from Ashley seems to be the perfect medicine for Cheryl. She seems to be happier than she's been for ages - and she hasn't seen Ashley for weeks.

"Everyone is asking what's going on and whether they've admitted to themselves that they don't have a future together. Cheryl's really having a laugh at the moment, it's like she's a single girl again."

The couple split following tabloid revelations about Ashley's infidelity earlier in the year, but reportedly agreed to give their marriage a second chance in March.
