Paparazzi to target Cyrus over Spears

Industry insiders are tipping Miley Cyrus to become a more valuable paparazzi commodity than Britney Spears.

The singer and actress, who caused controversy with a recent topless magazine shoot, could have candid snaps of her first kiss sold for up to $150,000.

Speaking to the Los Angeles Times, Splash News CEO Gary Morgan said Cyrus was becoming more popular because she wasn't a "train wreck" like Britney Spears.

"There's a move toward all-American clean living. Everyone is looking for a moral teenager, someone they can look up to," he said.

Frank Griffin of Bauer-Griffin added that Cyrus was different to other tabloid celebs because she was a "success story".

"[Consumers] want to see success. They don't want to see failure," Griffin noted. "If someone famous falls on their face, you have to report it... but Miley is going to steal all of Britney's thunder. Kids want to see her. They don't want to see ripped fishnets and fear and mascara-streaked cheeks."

Paparazzi photographers have recently trailed the 15-year-old on her push bike, having lunch with friends and going to church.
