Wilson 'heartbroken' by Hudson split

Owen Wilson has reportedly been left heartbroken by Kate Hudson's relationship with cyclist Lance Armstrong.

Wilson broke up with the actress earlier this month, but he is allegedly "drinking and sulking" after hearing about her new lover.

The actor is apparently being comforted by his brother Luke.

"There are a lot of people making sure they're there for him," said a source. "We all thought it would be Owen breaking Kate's heart, but it turned out to be the other way around.

"It's sad because deep down they love each other - but they're too lethal a combination to last. And Kate has her son, Ryder, to think of."
