Sorrell 'shocked' by Osbourne's Brits rant

Nancy Sorrell has admitted that she was shocked by Sharon Osbourne's Brit Awards rant at her husband Vic Reeves.

Osbourne launched an abusive verbal attack on Reeves when he appeared to fumble his words presenting the best British album prize.

Speaking to DS, model Sorrell revealed that producers failed to put anything on the autocue for Reeves, real name Jim Moir.

She said: "I couldn't believe that happened. I was in shock. Before Jim went out, he was told he was giving out a certain award and when he went out there it changed. When he went out there was nothing on the autocue. He thought, 'What the bloody hell am I reading?'

"Then she (Osbourne) burst out - I didn't like what she did, I was very annoyed, very upset. With Sharon, it's either she likes you or she doesn't. I never judge people like that but obviously she does. I've met her a couple of times and gotten on well with her. I was very surprised she did that with Jim."

Sorrell and Reeves will appear on a celebrity version of quiz show Take It Or Leave It, facing rugby players Mike Catt and Matt Dawson.

"Let's just say we wipe the floor with them!" Sorrell said.

The episode will air Tuesday, June 10 at 9pm on Challenge.
