The actress admitted she was worried about Lily, 9, spending time with boys, but claimed that David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son would meet her standards.
She told The Mirror: "I am dreading the day Lily brings home a boy.
"But she and the Beckham boys get on really well. So if she did have to have a boyfriend, then I suppose Brooklyn would get my seal of approval!"
It was reported in February that Brooklyn, nine, had a crush on Spice Girl Emma Bunton.
