Sorrell "not bothered" about reality TV

Nancy Sorrell doesn't think her life with Vic Reeves is exciting enough to warrant a reality TV show.

The ex-I'm A Celebrity... contestant, mum to twins Elizabeth and Nell and stepmother to Reeves's children Alice and Louis, told DS that she'd be reluctant to appear in an Osbournes-style documentary.

"I don't know if I'd do it because we don't really go out a lot and do the party thing," she said. "It's not really us. We are very funny at home with the twins, but today, what exciting things are we doing? We're going swimming. Who wants to watch that?"

She added: "I don't know if I could have a camera following me around all day. I think I'd end up going mad. A lot of people do [reality TV] because they really want to do it, but we're not bothered."

Speaking about her time in the jungle for I'm A Celebrity..., Sorrell admitted that audiences might have been put off by the arrival of her husband Vic Reeves, real name Jim Moir.

"I think people just didn't like the idea of Jim coming in so they got rid of us," she explained. "We did not kiss that much in there. I think they just edited together ten days of kissing. It's funny, I don't think people liked seeing that."

Sorrell and Reeves will appear on a celebrity edition of quiz show Take It Or Leave It, airing on Tuesday, June 10 at 9pm on Challenge.
