Sex Pistols singer Johnny Rotten has been accused of hitting a TV assistant.
According to AFP, the punk star was charged in a civil lawsuit in LA last year.
Assistant producer Roxane Davis, who works on a reality TV show, claimed that Rotten assaulted her because he didn't like a hotel room he was given.
There were no criminal charges, but David is reportedly suing the musician for sexual harassment and assault.
Rotten's band headline this year's Isle of Wight Festival on Saturday, June 14.
