Olsen: 'It's nobody's business if I'm rich'

Mary-Kate Olsen has attacked the media for speculating about her personal wealth.

A recent estimate from Forbes magazine claimed that the actress and twin sister Ashley are worth $100 million.

In an interview with Elle, Mary-Kate said: "It's nobody's business if I am or I'm not [rich]."

The 21-year-old, who starred in US sitcom Full House as a child, insisted that she is not famous by choice.

"I grew up in it," she said. "It wasn't something that I aspired to. It's just something I knew. For me, I just worked. I had a job. I've had a job for 21 years."
