Corden, Jones write Comic Relief panto?

James Corden and Ruth Jones have been asked to write a pantomime for Comic Relief, say reports.

According to The Mirror, the charity's founder Richard Curtis wants the Gavin & Stacey duo to pen a reworked version of Cinderella.

"The idea is to produce a stage version of Cinderella for BBC One that'll hopefully raise shedloads of money for charity," said a source.

"Cinderella herself will be cast through a series of reality-show-style auditions voted for by the public. It's a brilliant concept and will be a sure-fire hit with TV audiences."
