The TV presenter welcomed son Malcolm with new husband Brian Monet on Saturday night.
The baby - her fourth from four different fathers - weighed in at 10lb.
She said: "I'm delighted and hope my family is now complete!"
Jonsson tied the knot with US ad executive Brian Monet in March. She already has sons Cameron, 13, and seven-year-old Bo, as well as four-year-old daughter Martha.
