Tyler: 'I should have tongued Hudson'

Liv Tyler says she regrets not being more passionate in love scenes with actress Kate Hudson.

She admitted that she was nervous before filming a lesbian kiss with her friend in Robert Altman's Doctor T And The Women.

Speaking about the romantic scenes, Tyler told Metro: "We were always so shy about the kissing but in retrospect we were like: 'We so should have just totally made out and tongued each other.'

"But we never did, we were just too scared to do it."

Tyler also revealed that when she was younger she believed she would follow her father's career path and become a singer.

"I loved to sing ever since I was a little girl," she said. "I always thought I’d be a singer. Now it’s more of a private love.

"I just love music, more than I love film I think, because that’s what I grew up on. I think musicians are the most expressive and amazing artists."
