Bell ignored in favour of 'Heroes' co-star

Kristen Bell has admitted that the paparazzi pay no attention to her when she is with her Heroes co-star Hayden Panettiere.

The actress, who joined the show in season two as Elle Bishop, revealed that she always tries to step in if snappers become too intrusive in their efforts to get pictures of Panettiere, who is better known as cheerleader Claire Bennet.

"They never take pictures of me," Bell told Complex magazine. "I just step to the side [when we're out together], and I push myself in front of her when she wants to get out of it."

Recalling one particular incident, Kristen added: "I tried to drive her away the other day only to realise that I used my turn signal for half an hour, and I'm like, 'God, why didn't I lose them? What's going on?'"
