Lost star Michelle Rodriguez could face jail after being accused of failing to fulfil the terms of her probation for drink driving.
LA prosecutors allege that she turned in false documents relating to her community service duties, in which she claimed to have completed a day in the city last year. She later admitted that she had been in New York at the time.
A hearing will be held on October 12 and Rodriguez could face more than a year in jail as well as a fine of £976 if found guilty.
The 29-year-old - who played Ana Lucia Cortez in the hit show - was given a 60-day sentence last year for violating probation following her DUI arrest in Hawaii in 2003. She served one day behind bars and her probation was extended until 2009.
Rodriguez's lawyer said she had already performed the 30 days of community service she was given and argued that the 'false' statement was due to a clerical error.
Superior Court Judge Daviann L Mitchel told the star: "I'm not impressed with your completion schedule. I don't care if you have to camp there, complete [it] without exception."
