Cerys Matthews 'romances agent'

Singer Cerys Matthews has begun dating her agent Steve Abbott, according to tabloid reports.

The I'm A Celebrity... contestant, 39, split from actor Marc Bannerman last November.

"After everything Cerys went through with Marc she deserves a bit of love in her life," said a friend of the former Catatonia star.

A source added: "Steve is an absolute gentleman. He has always been there for her and she really trusts him."

Bannerman said last year that he was still "in love" with the mother-of-two, but admitted that their relationship was "complicated".
